Return and refund policy

At VYANORA, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the personal care nature of our handcrafted bathing bars, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

However, if you receive:
A damaged product, A wrong product, or An item with a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and package.

After verification, we will provide a suitable replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
